Staff who are found to be guilty of sexual or racial harassment, or unfair discrimination, may render themselves:
Liable to disciplinary proceeding in accordance with Birmingham Door Panels disciplinary policy and procedures, it should be noted that such an action could result in dismissal.
The employee may also be personally liable pursuant to the Sex Discrimination Act and the Race Relations Act.
Anyone that feels that they have been discriminated against, should speak in the first instance to the Director who will provide the appropriate advice, and forms for completion.
